1. Eligibility
Customers must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driver’s license recognized in Pakistan. An additional fee or restrictions may apply for drivers under 25 years old.
2. Booking and Payment
All reservations must be confirmed through our website or official communication channels. A valid payment method is required at the time of booking. We accept secure online payments and deposits as outlined at checkout.
3. Vehicle Use
Vehicles rented from AutoShift Rentals must be used responsibly and only for lawful purposes. The renter agrees not to use the vehicle for racing, towing, off-road driving, or illegal activities. Smoking inside the vehicle is prohibited.
4. Insurance and Liability
All vehicles include standard insurance coverage as specified in the rental agreement. The renter is responsible for any damages, traffic violations, or loss not covered by insurance. Additional insurance options may be offered at the time of booking.
5. Fuel Policy
Unless otherwise stated, vehicles are provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same level. Refueling charges apply if the vehicle is returned with less fuel.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time may qualify for a partial refund. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in charges as outlined in the booking terms.
7. Pickup and Return
Vehicles must be picked up and returned at the agreed location and time. Late returns may incur additional hourly or daily rental fees.
8. Maintenance and Breakdowns
All vehicles are regularly maintained to ensure safety. In case of breakdown or technical issues, customers must immediately contact AutoShift Rentals for assistance. Unauthorized repairs are not allowed.
9. Customer Responsibilities
The renter is responsible for keeping the vehicle in good condition, obeying traffic laws, and ensuring the safety of passengers and property. Any violations, penalties, or fines incurred during the rental period are the renter’s responsibility.
10. Modifications to Terms
AutoShift Rentals reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
