1. Booking Cancellations
Customers may cancel their booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the pick-up time may incur a cancellation fee equal to one day’s rental charge.
2. No-Show Policy
If a customer fails to show up for the booked rental without prior cancellation, no refund will be issued.
3. Early Returns
If a vehicle is returned before the scheduled return date, refunds are not provided for unused rental days.
4. Vehicle Condition and Returns
Vehicles must be returned in the same condition as provided. Any damage, excessive wear, or missing accessories may result in additional charges. Customers are responsible for fuel replacement if the tank is not returned at the agreed level.
5. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Any applicable service charges or fees will be deducted from the refunded amount.
6. Non-Refundable Charges
Additional services such as insurance add-ons, delivery fees, and administrative charges are non-refundable once the rental has started.
